This Privacy Policy explains how the Match4+ mobile game ("the App"), developed and published by Alelade Studio ("we", "us"), handles information when you use it. The App is free to play and is supported by advertising.

The App stores game data locally on your device, such as your best scores, gold balance, the current board of an unfinished game, and sound and music preferences. This information is not transferred to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
The App uses the following services. They act under their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above, for the purposes described. Data sent by these services is transmitted using encryption in transit.
EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. When you first open the App you are shown a consent form. Ads are only requested after you have made a choice. You can review or change your choice at any time with the privacy settings button (the sliders icon) next to the privacy policy button at the top-left of the main menu.
All regions. You can limit personalised advertising on your device. On Android, open Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device) to delete or reset your Advertising ID. Rewarded video ads are always optional; you choose when to watch them.
We do not keep personal data on our own servers. Data collected by the third-party services is retained by them according to their own retention policies; analytics data in Firebase is kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Game data stored on your device remains until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. This includes rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for users in Turkey, under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Because we do not store your personal data ourselves, most requests are handled directly by the service providers above. You can also contact us at info@aleladestudio.com and we will help you exercise your rights. To delete the analytics data associated with your device, you can also reset your Advertising ID and uninstall the App.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take the necessary steps.
The service providers listed above may process information on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Google relies on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for such transfers.
Ads and this policy may contain links to websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites, so please review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Changes take effect when they are published.
